How IM Landmark Estate processes the personal data you provide on the site.
Last updated: 28 August 2026
The controller of your personal data is IM Landmark Estate.
We only process the data you provide yourself through the forms on the site: name, phone and/or email address, message text, and any request details you choose to add (area of interest, budget, timing). We do not request special categories of data — please do not include them in free-text fields.
We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Access may be given to service providers acting on our instructions (website hosting, email service) and, where necessary for a specific transaction, engaged specialists (lawyer, notary, tax adviser). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for subsequent contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Where a contractual relationship exists, data is kept for its duration and for the periods required by law, after which it is blocked and deleted.
You may access your data, correct or complete it, request its erasure, restrict or object to processing, exercise the right to data portability and withdraw consent previously given. To do so, write to us at im.landmark.estate@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
This site uses only the technical cookies required for it to work and to remember your settings. No analytics or advertising cookies are used, and they would only be enabled with your consent. More detail in the Cookie Policy.
